Step into our state-of-the-art yoga room and unroll your mat in front of our floor to ceiling mirror, and prepare for your practice. Complete with vinyl flooring, a blue Zen wall, and an opposing wall of windows, the room offers the perfect amount of natural light.
Our yoga room is heated to 101 degrees with 40-45% humidity. The warmth allows for a deep release into postures while protecting the body from injury.
Music will carry you through each class from a custom playlist unique to each instructor. With centering rhythms at the start of class, upbeat grooves during challenging postures, and relaxing sounds during the final stretching, our music accents your pose.
Inspired by the Barkan Method of Hot Yoga, our yoga is based on a wide variety of postures and sequences. We offer several unique class types to challenge mind and body for a complete yoga experience each and every time.
Our Hot Yoga class is designed for all levels, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you find. (1 hour and 75-minute options)
The Hot Fusion class blends the energy and movement of the Hot Yoga sequence and adds optional hand weights creating resistance and intensifying each pose. This class compliments your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. (1 hour)
Class Pre-requisites: Students should be familiar with the postures and sequences from our Hot Yoga class before attending Hot Fusion. It is strongly encouraged that students have taken at least 10 Hot Yoga classes before adding hand weights to postures, starting with very light weights.
*Bring your personal hand weights.

HOT YIN/YANG YOGA
This class provides the benefits of a balanced practice of Yin and Yang styles of yoga. Hot Yoga classes are predominately Yang, with a focus on rhythmic movement and muscle contraction, exercising the muscles by strengthening and stretching. Yin Yoga, the opposite of Yang Yoga, targets the connective soft tissue and focuses on the hips, thighs, and lower spine. This class will explore both styles of yoga providing a balanced yoga experience. Appropriate for all levels of students. (75-minutes)
HOT VINYASA FLOW
This is an upbeat, vigorous class that combines upper body strength, flexibility and cardio. Yoga postures are sequenced into a “Vinyasa” – or continuous flow – style that emphasizes the breath as you flow from one posture into the next. This class will explore slightly more advanced sequences and postures as well as variations and amplifications to more familiar poses. This class is designed for students of all levels seeking a challenge. (1 hour and 75-minute options)
Class Pre-requisites: Although beginner friendly, this class is not recommended for students brand new to yoga.
WARM YIN YOGA
Warm Yin offers a slower pace to stretch-oriented postures focusing on the hips, thighs, and lower spine. This class is ideal for students healing from an injury, seeking to increase flexibility, or learn proper alignment. The room is still heated, but to a lower temperature (85 degrees). Postures are held longer and are all done on the floor so the muscles can relax. This class is suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular style of any of our Hot Yoga classes. (1 hour and 75-minute options)
