HOT YOGA
The Hot Yoga class is recommended for everyone, from first day beginners to advanced students. Our yoga room is heated to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. There is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained instructors will help you find.
HOT VINYASA FLOW
This class incorporates Hatha Yoga postures into a “Vinyasa” (continuous flow) style. Many of the same postures that are practiced in the Hot Yoga class are also practiced in the Hot Vinyasa Flow class. Hot Vinyasa is a vigorous class, combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio and is designed for students of all levels (beginner friendly) seeking a challenge.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissue that form our joints. Postures are held longer and are all done on the floor so the muscles can relax and allow the deep connective tissue surrounding the lower back, the pelvis, and the joints of the femurs to be gently stretched. This class is suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular style of our Hot Yoga classes.
