Special Event for New Students*

Whether you’ve tried yoga or not, or are new to the hot room, this class is designed specifically for you.

We will introduce the most fundamental beginning-level yoga postures included in our signature Hot Yoga class and present them in a slow and thorough approach that includes verbal instructions combined with demonstration and soft touch adjustments.

If you’ve wanted to try Hot Yoga but have been apprehensive for whatever reason, this class is for you. You have nothing to lose (it’s free!) and everything to gain (improved health!). Come and experience the new cool – Hot Yoga.

When: Saturday, November 5th

Time: 2:00 PM

Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Class begins promptly at 2 pm.

Class Duration: 1 Hour

Cost: FREE*

Registration: Download, complete, print and sign the New Student Registration Form and bring with you to class.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Big Towel (Beach- or Bath-sized), Water, completed New Student Registration Form.

Come Prepared:

  • Arrive hydrated (drink at least 1 1/2 liters of water before class)
  • Arrive with an empty stomach (eat 2 – 3 hours before class)
  • Wear light, water-wicking workout clothes to stay cool in class and allow you to move easily.
